3-Month Coaching Program
This comprehensive program is for professionals ready for a deep transformation in their career, leadership, and mental well-being. Over approximately three months, we'll partner to profoundly shift how you approach challenges and create lasting change.

How we work together

Every partnership starts with a free 55-minute Introductory Chat to explore your unique needs and ensure we're the right fit. Following this, we'll dive into a 90-minute Discovery Call to map out our strategic partnership.
Our regular sessions are typically ~55 minutes in length, conducted bi-weekly to ensure consistent momentum. Ongoing text and email support as/if needed is included between all sessions to keep you supported as you implement new insights.
Focused Impact Sessions
Perfect for addressing a specific challenge or timely topic where you need concentrated guidance and fresh perspective. These sessions offer targeted support to unlock clarity and make progress quickly. Most clients find 3-5 sessions effective for significant progress on a defined area.

When choosing a coach, prioritize someone with expertise aligned with your goals and a coaching style that resonates with you. It's crucial to feel a good fit, so don't hesitate to do a few intro sessions with different coaches if needed.
How long does coaching take?
The duration of coaching varies depending on your individual needs. Some clients find value in a few individual lessons.
I personally found that most value comes from an ongoing engagement. This is why I usually work at least for 3 months with clients, often even longer.
How and how often do we meet?
We typically meet weekly or every other week, depending on your needs. My coaching is typically via video chat or phone.
