My coaching approach
My coaching style is a blend of a decade as a marketing and team leader, and comprehensive training in Co-Active Coaching and Positive Intelligence®. I'm here to listen deeply and co-create a space for your growth and exploration.
We'll use the Co-Active model to stretch your perspective and foster holistic growth, embracing both "being" and "doing." At the same time, we'll build mental fitness with Positive Intelligence®, establishing habits to maximize positive energy and potential for happiness.
I offer two paths to support your goals: a comprehensive 3-month Coaching Program and Focused Impact Sessions for targeted support.
3-Month Program
(Minimum Commitment)
This program is for professionals ready to profoundly shift their approach to challenges.
We begin with a 6-week group mental fitness program to build your resilience through weekly videos, an app, and guided group discussions. Following this, we transition to 6 weeks of private, one-on-one sessions to apply these new habits directly to your goals and challenges.
How we work together
My programs are all about empowering mid-career professionals to tackle big transitions with mental resilience, shaping a lasting impact in your career and life.
We'll start with a free 60-minute chat to get to know each other and ensure we're a good fit. After that, we'll map out a plan just for you. Regular sessions are typically about 55 minutes and happen every two weeks to keep up the momentum. You'll also have ongoing text and email support between all our calls.

Focused Impact Sessions
Perfect for when you need a concentrated boost to solve a specific challenge.
These sessions are designed to provide rapid clarity and a fresh perspective on a particular career hurdle or leadership challenge. Most people find 3-5 sessions effective for significant progress on a defined area.
Collaborative Partnership: We work together to create a personalized coaching plan.
Deep Listening: I actively listen to your needs and concerns.
Powerful Questions: I pose thought-provoking questions to spark insights.
Accountability and Support: I keep us on track for your goals and offer ongoing support.

How to pick a coach that’s right for you?
When choosing a coach, prioritize someone with expertise aligned with your goals and a coaching style that resonates with you. It's crucial to feel a good fit, so don't hesitate to do a few intro sessions with different coaches if needed.
How long does coaching take?
The duration of coaching varies depending on your individual needs. Some clients find value in a few individual lessons.
I personally found that most value comes from an ongoing engagement. This is why I usually work at least for 3 months with clients, often even longer.
How and how often do we meet?
We typically meet weekly or every other week, depending on your needs. My coaching is typically via video chat or phone.
